🎉 FREE SHIPPING to United States and Canada on ALL orders!

No minimum order required. No hidden fees. Just fast, free delivery to your door.

We believe in transparent pricing, so shipping is always included in the price you see. What you pay at checkout is what you pay - no surprises!

2. PROCESSING TIME

Our 3D printed products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality:

  • Standard Items: 1-3 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Items: 3-5 business days
  • Large or Complex Orders: 5-7 business days

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and does not include shipping time. We'll send you a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

United States

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days (depending on distance)
  • Total Time: 4-10 business days (processing + shipping)

Canada

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Customs Processing: 1-3 additional days
  • Total Time: 6-13 business days (processing + shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely:

  • USPS: Priority Mail and Ground Advantage
  • UPS: Ground and expedited options
  • FedEx: Ground service for larger items

We automatically select the best shipping method based on your location, package size, and delivery speed to ensure optimal service.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order with your order number and estimated processing time.

Shipping Notification

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

Order Status

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Accurate Information Required

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Contact us immediately at support@pressstartprinting.com
  • Address changes may not be possible once items enter production
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections

Delivery Locations

  • Residential and business addresses
  • PO Boxes (for smaller items)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (US customers)
  • Package pickup locations and lockers

7. DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE

Standard Delivery

Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Packages may be left at your door if no one is available to receive delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include delivery confirmation. You'll receive notification when your package is delivered.

Missed Deliveries

  • Carriers will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • Packages may be held at local facility for pickup
  • Contact the carrier directly for redelivery options
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after 5-10 days

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently Available

  • Canada: Free shipping on all orders

Future Expansion

We're working to expand international shipping to more countries. Contact us at international@pressstartprinting.com to express interest in shipping to your country.

Customs and Duties (Canada)

  • Orders may be subject to customs fees and duties
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We'll mark packages accurately for customs processing
  • Delivery may be delayed by customs processing

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify the delivery address
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and contents
  • Contact us immediately with photos and order number
  • We'll arrange for replacement or refund
  • Keep all packaging materials for carrier investigation

10. HOLIDAY AND PEAK SEASON

During busy periods, please allow additional time for processing and delivery:

  • Black Friday - Cyber Monday: +1-2 business days
  • Holiday Season (Dec 1-25): +2-3 business days
  • Valentine's Day: +1-2 business days
  • Back-to-School (Aug-Sep): +1-2 business days

We'll post updates on our website about any seasonal delays or cutoff dates for holiday delivery.
