What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We use PLA and PETG filaments for most products. Check the individual product page for the material and care information that applies to that specific item.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is a $5 flat rate to the US and Canada, and it is free on orders of $50 or more after discounts. Each product page lists its current made-to-order processing time. Delivery time begins after processing and varies by destination and carrier.
Can I request custom designs?
Some custom projects may be possible. Contact us with the idea, quantity, deadline, and intended use so we can confirm feasibility before you order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the damage and arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk pricing may be available depending on the product, quantity, production schedule, and deadline. Contact us for a quote before placing a large order.
How do I care for my 3D printed items?
Keep them away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight, and clean gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not put an item in a dishwasher unless its product page explicitly says it is dishwasher safe.
