1. RETURN WINDOW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
2. RETURNABLE ITEMS
✅ Items We Accept for Return:
- Standard 3D printed products in original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Products damaged during shipping
- Items that differ significantly from the product description
- Wrong items sent due to our error
❌ Items We Cannot Accept for Return:
- Custom or personalized 3D printed items (unless defective)
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Products modified or altered after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Returns initiated after 30-day window
3. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact our support team at returns@pressstartprinting.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship items without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include your RMA number and order confirmation
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA email
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend)
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Our Error: We pay return shipping for defective items, wrong items, or our mistakes
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping for unwanted items
- Exchanges: We'll provide prepaid shipping labels for approved exchanges
Return Shipping Tips:
- Keep tracking information until refund is processed
- Use adequate packaging to prevent damage
- Consider insurance for high-value items
- Allow 7-14 days for return shipping
5. REFUNDS
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items with signs of use or damage
- Items missing original packaging
- Restocking fees for certain specialty items
6. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or similar products when available. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos showing the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging
- We'll arrange return shipping at no cost to you
We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
8. CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom and personalized 3D printed items are made specifically for you and generally cannot be returned unless:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- We made an error in production
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The final product differs significantly from the approved design
Please review custom orders carefully before placing, as cancellations are not possible once production begins.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. Additional considerations:
- Customs fees and duties are not refundable
- Returns may take longer due to customs processing
- Some countries may impose additional restrictions
- Contact us before shipping to ensure proper handling
